7.1 Cleaning of the grease filter
The SPRING induction unit is equipped with a grease filter on the bottom of the appliance. This filter protects
the inside of the appliance from dirt and can be removed for cleaning, without any tool and without turning the
appliance over. For trouble-free operation, clean the grease filter regularly. The cleaning intervals depend on
the degree of soiling and the intensity of use.
- To clean the grease filter, pull it out of the holder to the front or sideways. If necessary, lift the induction hob
slightly.
- Clean the grease filter only with hot water and a fat-dissolving detergent. Do not clean it in the dishwasher.
- Make sure it is completely dry before putting it back into the holder.
