POTENTIAL CAUSES
The firmware is not updated to the
latest version

cannot support the connectivity

POTENTIAL SOLUTIONS
Update the device firmware and try to connect to the Bluetooth again.
Update your phone version. If this doesn't work, try to install the app on
another phone device.
Press the vibration button to turn on the treatment.
If the vibration treatment does not turn on after verifying the above, the
