The specified vibration emission value can also be
used for an initial assessment of the impairment.
Keep the noise level and vibration to a minimum!
• Only use faultless devices.
• Maintain and clean the device at regular intervals.
• Adapt your working methods to the device.
• Do not overload the device.
• Have the device checked if necessary.
• Switch the device off if it is not in use.
• Wear gloves.
m Warning!
In case of extended working periods, the operating
personnel may suffer circulatory disturbances in their
hands (vibration white finger) due to vibrations.
Raynaud's syndrome is a vascular disease that caus-
es the small blood vessels on the fingers and toes to
cramp in spasms. The affected areas are no longer
supplied with sufficient blood and therefore appear
extremely pale. The frequent use of vibrating products
can cause nerve damage in people whose circulation
is impaired (e.g. smokers, diabetics).
If you notice unusual adverse effects, stop working im-
mediately and seek medical advice.

Note
• Before connecting the machine, make certain that
the data on the type plate matches with the mains
power data.
• Proceed with caution. Familiarize yourself with its
use and limitations, but also with the specific poten-
tial hazards.
• The flat chisel (A) or pointed chisel (B) may jam dur-
ing operation. This allows high forces to be trans-
ferred to the handles. Ensure you have a secure
footing. Hold the product with both hands during the
work.
• The integrated vibration damper reduces the vi-
brations that occur. The handles increase slip re-
sistance and thus ensure greater safety as well as
better grip and manoeuvrability of the product.
• Ensure that the product is always in good condition
and has been properly lubricated.
• Always keep the flat chisel (A) and pointed chisel (B)
sharp.
• Check the product for damaged parts before com-
missioning. Check that all parts are working prop-
erly and fulfil their intended function. If in doubt, the
part in question should be replaced.
• Check the alignment of all moving parts, fastening
parts, and any other conditions which may impede
proper operation. Any damaged part must be re-
paired or replaced by a specialist immediately.
• Do not use the product if a switch cannot be
switched on and off properly.
Attention! Before the start of operation, check the de-
ployment location for hidden electrical lines, gas pipes
and water pipes using a cable detector.
