SETUP REQUIRED FOR TRANSFER NEO SEATPOST:
1. Charge and Install the Controller Battery
2. Pair the Remote Lever to the Controller
3. Identify the Seatpost Orientation
4. Install the Remote Lever, Seatpost and Saddle
DOWNLOAD THE RIDE FOX BIKE APP
The Transfer Neo uses FOX's proprietary wireless technology and the Ride FOX Bike App to report
battery life, update firmware, and actuate the seatpost. The Ride FOX Bike App is required to get
the latest firmware updates and is strongly recommended. The seatpost can be setup and used with
or without the App. The Ride FOX Bike App can be used on both iOS and Android. Scan the QR
code and download the Ride FOX Bike App found in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Visit

FOX PROPRIETARY WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
FOX's proprietary wireless protocol enables ultrafast response time, quick wake-up, and a low-power
sleep mode when your bike is stationary. This enables riders to get the most out of their Transfer Neo
system.
