High pressure hose and spraying equipment
The high pressure hose and spraying lance supplied with
the machine are made of high quality material, designed
for the operating conditions of the machine and label-
led in line with requirements. Maximum water feed line
length 20 m.
If you need replacement parts, use manufac-
turer approved and correctly labelled parts
only. High pressure hoses and the spraying
equipment must be connected to be pressure
tight. Never drive over the high pressure hose,
pull on it excessively or twist the hose. The high pres-
sure hose must not be pulled over sharp edges to avoid
invalidating your warranty. Defective high-pressure hoses
may not be repaired (in accordance with DIN 20022), but
must be replaced with new high-pressure hoses approved
by STORCH.
Inbetriebnahme
1. Carry the high-pressure cleaner to its their place of use
and ensure secure footing of the high-pressure cleaner.
Do not place the high-pressure cleaner on
rough surface because the high-pressure clea-
ner tends to vibrate during operation.
When carrying the high-pressure cleaner
make sure to bear in mind the weight of the
high-pressure cleaner (see technical data).
It is imperative that safety instructions be
observed during use of the high-pressure
cleaner.
Neither set up or operate the high-pressure
cleaner in rooms where there is a risk of fire
or explosion nor put it into puddles. Do not
use the high-pressure cleaner under water. If,
none the less, the high-pressure cleaner is
operated in a hazardous area, the applicable
safety regulations are to be observed.
2. Unwind high-pressure hose straight and without
nooses. The high-pressure hose may leave signs of abra-
sion on some floors.
3. Plug screw high-pressure hose included in scope of
delivery at pump outlet and tightly screw pressure-tight.
4. Mount the grey rotating screw connection of the high-
pressure hose onto the trigger gun incorporating a safe-
ty catch. Afterwards screw together ensuring a snug and
pressure-tight fit.
5. First pull back the retaining sleeve of the safety trigger
gun, then insert lance into the plug coupling sconnection
of the safety trigger gun.
6. After insertion of the lance, release retaining sleeve
and make sure that the lance is in a secure position. Gre-
ase quick release nipple regularly using acid-free grease.
