8.3 ADJUSTMENT OF THE INCLINED GUIDE SUPPORT
Mount the inclined guide support C (Fig. 11) on the bracket
E and secure it with the handle F. Adjust the height of the
guide support C according to the thickness and inclination of
the panel to be edged A. To do this, loosen the handle F and
the screw G with the help of the service key B and adjust the
height and angle (max. 55° inclination) of the guide support C
so that the board is above the machine base H by 1.5 - 2 mm.
9. OPERATION OF THE MACHINE
Pay attention to safety regulations.
Always apply glue in a clockwise direction. (Fig. 12)
9.1. MACHINE STARTUP
Place the machine on a level surface to ensure its stable po-
sition. Once the machine is connected to the electrical and
compressed air supplies, press the green button on the main
switch A (Fig. 13).
9.2. SETTING WORK PARAMETERS
9.2.1. Working temperature
Select the necessary working temperature by pressing FUNC
+ qp (Fig. 13) in each digit position to determine the value
of the working temperature. Within approximately 4 minutes,
the machine reaches the working temperature, and the green
pilot light B will illuminate, indicating that the edge banding
work can proceed.
