When using a new soldering tip for the first time, set 250 to 280°C to
add solder to the tip for protection.
Correctly select the size of the soldering tip according to the size of the
soldering joint.
To prevent oxidation of the soldering tip, a layer of fresh solder should
be plated before placing on the soldering iron stand.
There should not be too much water in the cleaning sponge to get a
good cleaning effect on the tip and to avoid rapid temperature drop.
Using a dry cleaning sponge will damage the tip and cause no tinning.
If the soldering tip is oxidized by improperly use, do not clean the
surface plating by grinding. Please use metal brass or resurrection
paste to clean the tip at low temperature (250~280℃).
Do not force heavily when soldering.
Use low-temperature soldering if possible. Generally, the soldering
temperature is controlled at 320~380℃. If you need high temperature
to solder, please analyse whether the soldering station and tip are
matched, and then perform soldering.
