    Kanülenobturator aus Edelstahl mit Peel-Away®-Abstandsstück, röntgendichtem Polyurethankatheter, Polyvinylchlorid- Verbindungsschlauch, Kunststoff-Dreiwegehahn und latexfreiem Cook- Thoraxdrainageventil zur Ableitung von Luft oder Flüssigkeiten. VERWENDUNGSZWECK Das Wayne-Pneumothorax-Set dient zur Entlastung bei einfachem, spontanem oder iatrogenem Pneumothorax und Spannungspneumothorax. KONTRAINDIKATIONEN Pneumothorax-Sets werden zur Drainage großer Flüssigkeitsmengen oder bei Hämatothorax nicht empfohlen.
  • Seite 9 GEBRAUCHSANWEISUNG 1. Katheter, Verbindungsschlauch mit Absperrhahn und Cook- Thoraxdrainageventil bereit legen. Das Cook-Thoraxdrainageventil in der durch den Pfeil am Ventil angezeigten Richtung anschließen. HINWEIS: Wenn der Katheter an eine Absaugung mit Wasserschloss oder ein ähnliches mechanisches Absauggerät angeschlossen werden soll, ist das Thoraxdrainageventil u.U. nicht erforderlich. Keinesfalls den Katheter direkt mit dem Wand-Absauganschluss verbinden.
