General remarks
The following includes only service codes in relation with the Digital Gas Control.
The other relevant service codes are detailed in the chapter "Troubleshooting" of
the user manual for the user manual of the power sources.

WARNING!
Before starting work, switch off all the devices and components involved and
disconnect them from the grid.
Secure all the devices and components involved to prevent unintentional re-
starting.
After opening the device, use a suitable measuring instrument to check that
electrically charged components (such as capacitors) have been discharged.
WARNING!
Troubleshooting measures that require the power source to be opened must
only be carried out by trained personnel.
WARNING!
If any remedial action described here is not successful, then the fault is one
that can only be put right by a service technician.
Make a note of the error message shown as well as the serial number and
configuration of the power source, and get in touch with the after-sales ser-
vice giving them a detailed.
Gas flow sensor not found
Check signal cable connections for the gas flow sensor
Shielding gas supply not available or no sufficient
Connect shielding gas supply (e.g. open gas cylinder valve and pres-
sure reducer wide), acknowledge "no | GAS" by pressing the "Store"
button or reset by means of the digital input signal "Source error re-
set" if a ROB 5000 robot interface or a field-bus coupler is used.
