2.9. Responsibility
We shall only provide a warranty if
• the product is used under the specified conditions and for the
intended purpose,
• modifications, extensions, repairs and maintenance work are only
carried out by persons who have been authorised by us to do so, and
• the wheelchair is used in compliance with all instructions for use.
2.10. Useful life
The expected service life is up to five years if used as intended and
the safety, care and maintenance instructions are observed.
3. Purpose
The wheelchair is designed exclusively for mobility enhancement and the
transport of adult persons with walking disabilities in accordance
with stated indications. The maximum net weight is:
Pyro Light 125 kg
Pyro Light XL 170 kg

4. Product and Delivery overview
4.1. Checking the delivery
The Pyro Light wheelchair is delivered fully assembled in a cardboard
box. After unpacking, please keep the carton if possible. It can be used
for later storage or return of the wheelchair. The delivery and
instruction of the wheelchair is carried out by a qualified and
authorised medical supply retailer.
In the case of shipment by rail or forwarding agent, the goods
must be checked immediately for transport damage in the
presence of the deliverer.
Check the contents for completeness (see chapter 4.2) and intactness. In
case of irregularities or damage, contact our customer service. The
contact details can be found on the back cover of this manual.
4.2. Scope of delivery
The content consists of the following main components:
• Wheelchair, pre-assembled
• 1 pair of leg rests
• 1 Instruction manual
• 1 back cushion
