5.1.4
Filling the tank
Ensure that the tank is aligned horizontally and
adequately secured!
The DT Mobil Easy may only be filled with an auto-
matically closing delivery nozzle.
Fire, naked light and smoking prohi-
bited
1. Open the cover of the DT-Mobil Easy.
2. Unscrew cover of filling opening B.
3. Fill the container using a delivery nozzle with
an automatic shut-off.
4. Check the tank content using the fill level
indicator (option).
5. Screw the cover of filling opening B back on
tightly.
6. Immediately remove any contamination caused
by refuelling with a dry cloth.
7. Close the cover of the DT-Mobil Easy.

Filling
Prior to first use:
•
Mount the supplied coupling plug with a DN
19 hose nozzle and hose clamp on the suction
hose of the vehicle pump.
1. Release the cover closure G and open the
cover.
2. Remove the protective cap (red) from the cou-
pling plug of the vehicle pump suction hose.
3. Remove the protective cap (red) from the cou-
pling sleeve of the DT-Mobil suction hose.
4. Bring coupling plug and coupling sleeve toge-
ther and fix with sliding sleeve.
5. Switch on vehicle pump and start filling.
Note:
By means of the built-in aeration and venting valve
C, the tank is aerated and relieved of pressure
automatically.
For larger delivery quantities,
filling opening B should also be opened.

Important!
Always supervise the refuelling process!
When the vehicle tank is full:
6. Switch off the vehicle pump.
7. Disconnect the quick coupling.
8. Push protective caps (red) onto coupling plug
and coupling sleeve.
9. Close the cover and lock cover closure G.
