Fan with heating from above/below
In this position, heating takes place with the fan and heating from
above/below. The fan swirls the hot air around the dish and thus
distributes the heat evenly throughout the cooker. Suitable for
baking and roasting on all levels, e.g. for cakes, etc.
Combined grill heating/heating from above
In this position, heating takes place with the grill and heating from
above. This function enables:
a higher surface temperature; this leads to deeper browning/more
intense crust formation
grilling large portions at one time.
Note
Set temperature to 250 °C.
Always keep the oven door closed when using the grill function.
Defrosting
Frozen food can be defrosted faster and more gently; this is
possible thanks to the fan.
No temperature setting required
14.2 Operating the oven
Use the temperature regulator to select the desired oven
temperature between 50-250 °C
ATTENTION
Risk of damage!
Do not use force to turn the oven energy
controller beyond the end position.
The operation indicator lights up until the selected temperature is
reached in the oven.
A yellow control light signals when the oven is switched on.
During baking, the operation indicator switches on and off at times
(thermostat function of the oven).
Use residual heat. Switch off the oven about 5 minutes earlier and
bake the food for 5 minutes.
To switch off: Turn back the oven function selector and oven
temperature regulator to "0".
Operating the glass ceramic hob
The glass ceramic hob has cooking zones of different diameters
and powers. The area that is heated is clearly marked on the hob. For the best heating
performance, place the cookware exactly on the indicated cooking zone.
