Possible cause
Back pressure too high
Valve on the pressure side closed
Motor overheated/defective
Suction line leaky
Back pressure too high
Mains cable damaged
Wrong voltage
Sediments, sticking of the valves
Diameter of suction- respectively
pressure hose is to large
(especial at version with 20 l/h)
Dosing head is loose
Membrane is torn

Remedy
Reduce pressure
Open valve on the pressure side
Allow motor to cool or replace pump
Check suction line
Check back pressure
Change mains cable
Check mains voltage
Secure actuation
Flush out the dosing head over the suction line;
possibly also remove valves and clean or
replace
Use smaller hose sizes.
(e.g. 6/12 mm / version with 20 l/h)
Tighten dosing head fastening screws diagonally
Replace pump
