R E S E T B U T TO N
The reset button is also the malfunction lamp. When a fault occurs, the lamp
flashes. The fault can be reset by pressing the reset button. If the fault remains,
the lamp will continue to flash.
2 T E M P E R AT U R E R E G U L AT I N G K N O B
The temperature regulating knob has been carried out as a turning button and
can be found centrally on the operation panel. The temperature regulating knob
can be used in a different way (depending the function you want to use).
When the hotbox is in 'high pressure' mode, the maximum temperature of the
cleaning water can be adjusted:
• Turning button to the left is minimum temperature (1°C).
• Turning button to the right is maximum temperature ( max. 100°C).
Determine experimental with which spray pressure and at which temperature
the best can be cleaned, without damaging the object (for example: rubber -
don't turn the button over 50°C). A high cleaning temperature can only be
reached by reducing the flow. The temperature will rise maximum to the
adjusted value indicated on the thermostat. If the flow becomes too low, the
flow switch will switch off the burner, in this way the system prevents that the
temperature can exceed the critical value in 'high pressure' mode. When the
hotbox is in 'low pressure' mode, the temperature regulating button don't need
to be set. This means the command will set automatically the temperature.
You can leave the temperature regulating knob at any position .
You can not put the temperature knob completely to the
left position, the burner will be switched off in this position,
turn the knob to the right to activate the burner!
3 M A I N S W I TC H
The main switch is mounted (near the temperature regulating knob) on the
operating panel and has 2 positions:
• 0:OFF - stop
• 1:ON - start (working 'standby' position)
OPÉRATION

General
Connect the water supply hose (A) to the water supply connection. Make a
choice between the normal water supply and external water tank. Connect
the high pressure hose with spray gun to the exit connection (B) of the GK-E
(without spray lance). Connect the GK-E electrically (C). Turn the water supply
tap (E) to the desired position. Turn the main switch to position 1=ON.
Aim the spray gun in to the free space and serve the spray gun until the water
jet is completely purged (+- 30 sec). Turn the main switch to position 0=OFF.

'High pressure' mode
Connect the spray lance to the spray gun (see picture next page).
Turn the selector valve to position 'high pressure' mode (vertically (D) see
picture next page). Turn the main switch to position 1=ON.
Operate the spray gun again. Pay attention on sufficient fuel in the tank.
Adjust the temperature regulating knob to the desired position.
Start the 'high pressure' spraying activities.
