5.2.2.1
Moving with lifting truck
The DT-Mobil can be moved with a lifting truck on
a paved level floor. It is picked up between the fork
pockets on the underside.

Loading with forklift

Important:
For safe lifting with a forklift, use the fork
pockets provided on the underside.
5.2.2.3
Loading with crane
Danger!
Serious personal injury possible if a DT-
Mobil falls.
Standing underneath the suspended
load while the crane is being operated is
prohibited.

Important:
Do not damage the cover with the crane
slings!

For crane operation, the crane hangers at-
tached to the top of the tank must be used.
•
Attach 4 suitable
load-handling
attachments of equal
length to crane
hangers (minimum
length 2 m).
•
DT-Mobil can be
loaded or
unloaded from
or onto the
transport
vehicle.

5.2.3
Transporting
During transport, observe the applicable regula-
tions for transport and securing loads, in particular:
•
the road traffic (licensing) regulations of the
country concerned,
•
CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and
lashing.
Use the crane hangers to attach the tension straps
when fastening straps to the transport vehicle.

Important:
Form-fit before force!
Most importantly, try to load the filling station
so it rests against one or more sides (e.g.
by slinging to the side of the vehicle).
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
Important:
Risk of material damage to the filling sta-
tion with lid.
Airflow while driving can open the lid and
possibly tear it off. Therefore, always
transport the filling station with the hinges
in the direction of travel.
5.2.4
Filling the tank
Ensure that the tank is horizontal and adequately
secured!
Fire, naked flames and smoking
prohibited
1. Open the lid of the DT-Mobil.
2. Unscrew the cap on the filling connection C.
3. Refill the container using a delivery nozzle with
an automatic shut-off.
4. Check the contents of the tank using the fill
level indicator.
5. Screw the cap of the filling opening back on
tightly.
6. Immediately remove any contamination caused
by refilling the tank with a dry cloth.
7. Close the lid of the DT-Mobil.
