General provisions
The mobile diesel filling station is state-of-the-art
technology and complies with approved technical
safety regulations.
The filling station bears the CE symbol, i.e. the EU
directives and harmonised standards of relevance
to the filling station were applied during its design
and production.
The filling station may only be used in a techni-
cally flawless condition in the form supplied by the
manufacturer.
For safety reasons, the filling station must not be
modified (except for the addition of accessories
especially provided by the manufacturer).
1.1
Safety
Each filling station is tested for functionality and
safety before dispatch.
The filling station is safe to operate when used
correctly.
Protect the filling station from misuse.

Note:
For the battery version, protect the bat-
tery from moisture.
Incorrect operation or misuse poses a risk to:
•
life and limb for the operator,
•
the filling station and other material assets
belonging to the operator,
•
the function of the station.
As operator of the filling station, you are responsi-
ble for:
•
ensuring that all safety instructions are under-
stood and observed
•
user compliance with personal protection meas-
ures in accordance with the safety data sheet of
the fuel used.
•
ensuring only instructed persons operate the
filling station (see section "Operating the filling
station").
1.1.1
Maintenance and monitoring
The filling station must be regularly checked to
ensure it is in a safe condition.
In particular, this check includes:
•
a visual inspection for leaks (seal of filling hose
and valves),
•
a functional test,
•
Completeness/identifiability of the warning,
mandatory and prohibitory signs on the station,
•
The prescribed mandatory inspections (for
details, see section "Maintenance and inspec-
tion").
1.1.2
Using original parts
Please only use original parts provided by the
manufacturer or parts they have recommended.
Also take note of all safety and usage information
provided with these parts.
This applies to:
•
spare parts and wearing parts,
•
accessory parts.
1.1.3
Operating the filling station
In order to avoid any hazards due to incorrect
operation, the filling station may only be operated
by individuals who
•
have read and understood the operating
instructions,
•
have proven their ability to operate the equip-
ment,
•
have been assigned to operate the equipment.

Important:
The operating instructions must be avail-
able at the filling station so that they are
easily accessible to all users.
1.1.4
Warnings on the filling station
The warning signs on the station must always be
affixed and legible.
Signs affixed by the manufacturer:
Fire, naked flames and smoking
prohibited
Location:
on the rear side of the tank
Warning of possible hand injuries
Location:
on the underside of the hinged lid
