HPLS system
Your crane is equipped with an HPLS system, which can be
turned on as needed by using the pushbutton. (see Remote
Control, Chap. 4.3-5).
When the HPLS system is turned on, your crane has greater
lifting power due to a reduction in the crane speed.

Warning horn
For this crane (reach greater than 12 metres), the OLP
pushbutton (see Remote Control, Chap. 4.3-5) also serves as a
warning horn. Honk by pressing and holding down the OLP
pushbutton for more than half a second.
OLP – Button
If you extend the load-bearing arm to the stop, the overload protection will be activated although the
crane is not overloaded.
If the OLP pushbutton is pressed, the crane functions "Lower
main boom" and "Lower 2
for 1.5 seconds (OLP display lights up green).
After 1.5 seconds, the OLP pushbutton is blocked for 30 seconds (OLP display blinks).
This block serves to prevent the misuse of the OLP pushbutton when the crane is actually
overloaded.
Under normal conditions, the OLP display does not light up or blink. The OLP display blinks for 30
seconds after the Paltronic 50 is turned on.
When the HPLS is turned on and the crane is in the HPLS area
(increased lifting area). If the crane is in the HPLS area, the
HPLS system cannot be turned off.
When the HPLS is turned on, but is not required. The HPLS can
be turned off.
When the HPLS is turned off or your crane is not equipped with
