f Fold the lock cover 1 to the side.
f Insert the key 2 into the profile cylinder und release the
turning lever 3.
A second profile cylinder may be used in the
turning lever if necessary. This would allow the
opening of the charging column with a further key
set. The factory fitted dummy cylinder must be
removed first.

f Pull the turning lever 1 upwards.
f Turn the turning lever anti-clockwise to the stop.
f Tilt the front plate 2 forward slightly.
f Lift the front plate.
5.2.6 Mounting the charging column on the foundation

Make sure of the following before installing the charging
column:
„ The swing frame in the charging column is firmly
attached with screws.
„ The threaded rods are straight and undamaged.
Mount the charging column on the foundation:
f Remove nuts 1 and washers 2 from threaded rods 3 (if
present).
f Place the charging column on the base plate 4 and
route supply lines, optional control lines and foundation
earth electrode from below through the opening of the
charging column.
f Attach the charging column to threaded rods with nuts
and washers.
f Tighten the nuts with a torque spanner (torque 90 Nm).
