3. Put an applicable tool in the blast wheels to prevent
rotation. Remove and discard the bolts.
4. Remove the impellers.
5. Remove the 6 blast wheel blades. Do these steps for
each blade:
a) Hold the supplied tool at a straight line with the
blast wheel blade.
CAUTION:
hold the tool correctly and that you
hit the bottom edge of the blast

Make sure that you
wheel blade. If the tool is at an angle,
the blast wheel blades can break
when you hit the tool.
b) Hit the tool to push the blast wheel blade in
direction of the center of the blast wheel.
c) Remove and discard the blast wheel blades.
6. Clean the blast wheel fully. Make sure that the
threads of the hole for the center bolt is clean.
7. Install 6 new blast wheel blades.
CAUTION:
the blast wheel, replace all 6 blast wheel
blades at the same time.
8. Install the other components in opposite sequence.
CAUTION:
when you install the impellers.
To do a check of the chain tension of
the drive system
WARNING:
without the chain cover installed.
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 19 .
2. Remove the chain cover.
3. Push the chain to examine the tension. If you can
push the chain a distance of 5 mm/0.2 in., the
tension is correct.
