3. Adjust the control levers for the abrasive material
until the 2 ammeters show the same value.
4. Push up the control levers for the abrasive material
to close the valves for the abrasive material.
Abrasive material seal
The abrasive material seal makes sure that the abrasive
material stays in the product during operation. The
abrasive material seal has magnetic seals (A) on the
sides and at the front. Brush list seals (B) are attached
around the magnetic seals.
An airflow adjuster (C) and a rubber seal are installed at
the rear.

To set correct height of the magnetic
seals
The correct height adjustment of the magnetic seals is
13–18 mm/0.5–0.7 in. from the surface.
1. Turn the 2 adjustment screws at the front to set the
correct height.

2. Turn the 4 adjustment screws at the rear to set the
correct height. There are 2 screws on each side.
To set correct height of the brush list
seals
The correct height of the brush list seals is 1 mm/0.04 in
from the surface.
1. Loosen the screws that hold the brush list seal.
