Cleaning and care

• Clean the tool only with a dry cloth.
• Never use liquids such as petrol, solvents or water
for cleaning.
• No liquids must be allowed to enter the interior of
the device.

10. Storage

Store the device and its accessories in a dark, dry and
frost-free place that is inaccessible to children. The op-
timum storage temperature lies between 5 and 30 ˚C.
Store the power tool in its original packaging. Cover the
power tool to protect it from dust or moisture. Store the
operating manual with the power tool.

11. Maintenance

ATTENTION! Maintenance may only be carried out
by instructed persons. A long service life and trou-
ble-free operation of this quality product is guaranteed
by observing the maintenance instructions given here.
• Disconnect the device from the compressed air
source during maintenance and servicing work.
• Check the condition of your consumables and ac-
cessories every time maintenance is carried out.
Note: Daily cleaning and regular lubrication are ur-
gently required for the smooth functioning of your
device.
• To do so, please use only special tool oil with low
viscosity. Compressed air equipment oils or SAE10-
20 engine oil are suitable.
• ATTENTION! Do not use any other (especially more
viscous) lubricants. Otherwise there is a risk of mal-
functions or permanent damage.
The following options are available for lubrication:
a) via the lubricator (11)
• Fill the supplied lubricator (11) with some oil by
first unscrewing the inlet screw from the lubri-
cator.
• Now fit the lubricator (11) into the compressed
air supply as described in the chapter "Making
connections".
b) via a misting lubricator
• If you have a complete maintenance unit with
misting lubricator on your compressor, you do
not necessarily need to fit the lubricator (11).
• To use the misting lubricator, screw the plug nip-
ple (9) directly into the device and connect it to
your compressed air hose.
c) manually
• Alternatively, you can oil your device by hand (not
recommended).
• To do so, loosen the oil filler screw plug (5).
• Before each start-up of the air tool, put 3–5 drops
of oil into the compressed air connection and into
the oil filling hole (5).
• If the air tool has not been in use for several
days, you must put 5–10 drops of oil into the
compressed air connection (2) and the oil filler
opening (5) before switching it on.
Note: For the longest possible service life, it is essen-
tial for compressed air equipment to be oiled regularly.
We recommend constant oiling using the lubricator
supplied (11).
• Only store your compressed air tools/devices in dry
rooms.
• Apart from the oiling and cleaning work previously
described, no further maintenance work is required.
Spare parts and accessories can be obtained from our
service centre. To do this, scan the QR code on the
cover page.

12. Disposal and recycling

The device is supplied in packaging to avoid
transport damages. This packaging is raw ma-
terial and can thus be used again or can be
reintegrated into the raw material cycle.
The device and its accessories are made of
different materials, such as metals and plas-
tics. Take defective components to special waste dis-
posal sites. Check with your specialist dealer or munic-
ipal administration!
