LUBRICATE THE TREAD

WORKING STEPS: FILLING THE SILICONE OIL
• Unscrew the cap from the silicone oil bottle and remove the
• inner sealing paper.
• Screw the cap back onto the bottle and remove the nozzle cap.
• Cut off at about 5mm from the tip. Use e.g. a sharp knife.

• Open the oil filler opening for the lubricant.
• The openings are on the front left and right sides of the main frame of the treadmill.
• Turn on the treadmill and leave it at a slow speed running at a maximum of 1 km/h.
• Pour the lubricating oil carefully and slowly into the filler opening. The lubricant is now distributed evenly. Refill
the lubricant continuously.
