HOCHKLAPPEN : ●Halten Sie das hintere Ende mit einer Hand und heben Sie die Lauffläche an, bis sie einrastet. HINWEIS: Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Zylinder einrastet, bevor Sie das Laufband bewegen.

    Bedienung der Konsole Stecken Sie zuerst das Stromkabel in die Steckdose, setzen Sie den Sicherheits-Clip in die Konsole ein und schalten Sie den Netzschalter auf "EIN"(Dieser befindest sich vorn an der Motor-Verkleidung). Der Bildschirm zeigt "0.0" an. Drücken Sie "START", um das Laufband zu starten - Auf dem Bildschirm wird ein 5-Sekunden Countdown angezeigt, bevor sich der Laufgurt in Bewegung setzt.
  • Seite 6 PROGRAMM: APP BENUTZUNG Hierzu müssen Sie sich die App auf Ihr Smartphone laden. Starten Sie die App und verbinden Sie Laufband und Smartphone per Bluetooth. Zu einer erfolgreichen Verbindung müssen sich beide Geräte in unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden. Anschließend lässt sich das Laufband über das Smartphone steuern. Hinweis: Android Geräte benötigen Android 4.3 oder höher.

    LAUFGURT-JUSTIERUNG: Der Laufgurt wurde bereit ab Werk optimal eingestellt, kann sich jedoch während des Transports, oder durch den Gebrauch lockern. Anhaltende Belastung durch das Training dehnt den Laufgurt zusätzlich. Falls der Laufgurt nach LINKS abgedriftet ist, schalten Sie das Laufband ein und lassen es bei 2-3 km/h Geschwindigkeit laufen.
