The treadmill has 10 preset running programs with variable speeds. The standard practice time is
30 minutes (changes can be made manually). Each program (P1-P10) runs through 10 speed
segments. No manual settings needs to be made.
SELECT PROGRAM:
1. "If the display shows" P1-P10, + reciprocal mode ", the device is in standby mode.
2. Press the fatigue button on the handrail to access the mode selection.
3. Turn the rotary button to select the desired mode.
• P = time interval program
• C = running target program
4. Press the rotary button once to set the time or to set the running goal (C) in the time interval
(P). The respective indication on the display flashes.
• P> time setting / 10 (30 min preset)
• C1> time is counted down (max. 99 min.)
• C2> Distance is counted down
• C3> Calories are counted down (max. 999 kcal) "

Wear the pulse rate belt for an accurate measurement, under clothing and close to the
heart. The distance between the treadmill console and the pulse rate belt should not
be greater than 60 cm. A heart rate between 40-240 SPM is measured.
Water protected according to IPX4. Battery: CR2032, standby approx. 12 months.
Signal frequency: 5.3 KHz
