Turn on the treadmill with the power switch on the back by turning it to the ON "position. Before you start exercising,
make sure that the safety clip has been put on and is in the slot on the console.
QUICK START
Press the START button on the console to start training. The screen displays a 3 second countdown before the wor-
kour begins. The treadmill starts at a speed of 1.0km/h

Press the rotary button to start or stop the treadmill.
Increase speed: Turn the rotary button clockwise.
Decrease speed: Turn the rotary button counterclockwise.
This button has no function at treadmill speeds below 4 km / h. If the treadmill speed
is over 4 km / h, the speed is immediately reduced to 4 km / h when the button is
activated. Press the button again to return to the originally set speed.
No matter at what speed the treadmill works or which mode is active. If
the safety key is removed or distanced from the safety lock (socket), the
treadmill stops immediately (the motor switches off automatically). The
message "ER1" appears on the display in the time window.
Function
Shows the current speed of the treadmill in km / h (deviations up to 0.1 km / h can
occur).
Displays the distance traveled (unit: kilometer (km) / deviations: 0.01 km).
Shows the activated connection with a Bluetooth device.
Displays the elapsed time or operating time (range: 0 - 99:59).
If there is a problem with the treadmill, a specific error code is displayed here.
Displays the calories consumed (unit: kilocalories (kcal) / possible devia-
tions: 0.01 kcal).
Displays the current program or the heart rate alternately for 3 seconds.
