until a torque of max. 12 Nm has been reached (see
fig.: 5).
7
Level out any bumps with a suitable levelling grout all
the way round and up to the fixed flange (see fig.: 6).
8
Recess the sealing sheet in the area of the pipe sleeve
and threaded pin using the appropriate auxiliaries and
fix onto flange panel (see fig.: 7).
9
Push the loose flange over the threaded pins with the
bevel to the rear (see fig.: 8 and 9).

10 Push the washers onto the threaded pins and place
the nuts on the threaded pin. Tighten the nuts evenly
using the torque wrench and long socket SW30
(M20) and re-tighten several times until the specified
torque has been reached (see table 1 and fig.: 10).

connection, page 12.
5 Check the MSH PolySafe for leaks
1
Remove valve cover (see fig.: 11).
2
Remove valve cap (see fig.: 12).
3
Connect test pipe of test pump to valve (see fig.: 13).
4
Apply a maximum pressure of 0.5 bar via the test
pump.
► After a period of 1 minute, the pressure may not drop
below 0.4 bar.
If the pressure falls below 0.4 bar, please note
the steps described in Section 8.
5
Once the test is complete, the test pressure can be re-
leased at the pump or valve.
6
Once the leak test has been carried out, confirm pro-
per installation of the valve cover by signing with a
waterproof pen (see fig.: 14).
7
Screw the valve cap onto the valve and place the va-
lve cover back into the recess at the centre of the
front panel (see fig.: 15).
8
Measures in the event of pressure dropping below
0.4 bar
► Check to ensure the valve and pump joint sits firmly.
Pressure still drops:
► Check tightening torque of the screws (see fig.: 16).
Pressure still drops:
► Dismantle MSH PolySafe and check drill hole diame-
ter.
► Clean core drill hole/wall sleeve.
► Check core drill hole for blowholes in the sealing area
and rework if necessary
