6 Installation of duct connection
1 Finally, the ducts can be connected gastight and wa-
tertight to the MSH PolySafe sleeve pipes (see installa-
tion instruction „Pipe connection for ESH/MSH Poly-
Safe, MSH FW, ESH/MSH FUBO" and fig.: 17).
To seal the duct ends in the supply trench, we
recommend using the Hauff sleeve caps respec-
tively universal gas end cap.
2 Afterwards, the duct trench can immediately be refil-
led according to the applicable guidelines.
7 Installing the seal elements
• Installation of the utility sealing elements is
carried out according to the installation in-
„PolySafe - sealing elements and

included.
• Cables must not have any continuous grooves
in the sealing area (possibly push cable back or
forwards a little until grooves are no longer vi-
sible).
1 Introduce the sealing element or the gas building
entry into the MSH PolySafe basic variant 1 (see fig.:
18).
2 Tighten the tabs of the sealing element with the plas-
tic tapping screws until they are flush with the inner
plate of the MSH or a torque of 12 Nm has been
reached (see fig.: 19).

8.1 Concreted wall with external sealing accord-
ing to DIN 18533 W2.2-E (e.g. bitumen shee-
ting) and perimeter insulation
