Measure
Switch on the main switch.
Establish voltage supply.
• switch the control unit off
• exchange two phases of the mains voltage
• switch the control unit back on
Remove the load from the dock leveller.
Ensure the dock leveller platform's ease of
movement.
Check the hydraulic system for leaks.

Briefly press the "Lift" button on the control unit.
• Switch the control off and back on again.
• Briefly press the "Lift" button on the control

• If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, contact the
service department.

Move the dock leveller platform into the highest
position and keep the "Lift" button pressed on the
control unit. The hinged lip then folds out
automatically.
• Make sure that the hinged lip runs smoothly.
• Check the piston rod of hinged lip cylinder for
damages.
• If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, contact the
service department.
Check the hydraulic system for leaks.
