Fuse Replacement

1) Remove the Fuse Box located in the Inlet Box at the back of the Control Unit, while keeping
the nails at both ends pushed inward.
2) Replace the fuses (2 pcs) with a new one and push the Fuse Box into the Inlet Box until you
hear a clicking sound.
● Do not use any type of fuse other than ones NSK recommends. Otherwise,

failure might occur.

Periodical Maintenance Checks

Every three months, perform periodical maintenance checks on this product according to the following list. If any abnormalities are found,
contact your Authorized NSK Dealer.

Additional safety information:

Periodical safety testing shall be performed every two years following IEC 62353 (EN 62353), in accordance with test procedure OM-
SE0904EN. As periodical safety testing is limited exclusively to professional who have been trained and qualified under the control of NSK,
contact your authorized NSK dealer.

Reprocessing

Perform reprocessing appropriately according to OM-SZ0911MA Primado2 REPROCESSING MANUAL included in the package of this product.

Details
Check for any scratches, damage or abnormalities on the outer surface.
Check for any scratches, damage or deformation of each connection part.
Check for any damage, breakage or deformation on each cord plug.
Make sure that the Motor Cord Plug, Foot Control Plug and Power Cord Plug can be securely
connected to the Control Unit.
Connect the Power Cord to the medical-use outlet and turn on the power switch.
Make sure that the HOME screen appears on the LCD Touch Panel.
Touch the LCD Touch Panel to check each setup can be customized.
Depress the Pedal and Buttons of the Foot Control to check that they operate normally.
Depress the Pedal of the Foot Control or Hand Switch of the Motor to check for any abnormal
vibration, noise or heating in the Motor.
Check that Forward, Reverse, and Oscillate (P200-WPD only) Modes operate normally.
Mount the Attachment to the Motor to check its secure connection.
After connecting each part, rotate the Motor for approximately 1 minute by pressing the Foot Control
Pedal or Hand Switch of the Motor. Check for any abnormal vibration, noise or heat generation.
Check on the Main Panel of the LCD Touch Panel that the rotational speed can reach the maximum
speed you have set.
Check that the Motor stops normally after releasing the Foot Control Pedal or Hand Switch of the
Motor.
