BUTTONS
START — it is used to start the treadmill in the manual mode or to start a selected programme.
STOP — stops a running treadmill. When it is pressed, settings are reset as well. After a restart, the
device is in the manual mode.
PROGRAM (P) — it is used to select a workout programme automatically (P1 – P99) a user programme
(U1-U3) or the Body Fat function before the treadmill is started.
MODE (M) – can be used to select the countdown mode: time, distance, or calories.
SPEED

QUICK SPEED SET BUTTONS — they are used to set the speed directly (4, 8, 12 km/h).

After starting the treadmill, keep both palms on the heart rate sensors. The current heart rate is displayed
after 30 seconds. During the measurement, the computer displays a heart icon.
ATTENTION! The heart rate is measured for sports purposes only (not for medical use).
MANUAL PROGRAMME
The manual programme is a default operating mode of the device. The treadmill starts operating in it once
you press START and no other workout plan is selected.
The default mode in the manual mode is 1 km/h.
The speed and inclination angle can be changed using buttons on the computer.
