To do a check of the space in the
grinding disc
1. Do a check of the space in the grinding disc.
2. If there is too much space, replace the shock
absorber plate (A).

Troubleshooting

Cause
The grinding discs are worn or damaged.
The bearing is defective.
Unwanted material deposit on the coupling.
The diamond tools are worn.
The incorrect type of diamond tools for the
surface.
3. Install 4 more shock absorbers (B) to the shock
absorber plate, if it is necessary.
Note:
The shock absorber plate is delivered with 4
shock absorbers.
Drive system for grinding head
The drive system for the grinding head is a closed
system. If you have problems with the drive system
of the grinding head, speak to your Husqvarna service
agent.
To do a check of the brush strip
• Make sure that the brush strip is not damaged and
that it seals tightly against the floor.
Solution
Examine the grinding discs for damaged
parts and too much movement.
Do a check of the bearing on the axle drive
shaft and replace if it is necessary.
Clean the coupling.
Replace the worn parts.
Replace the diamond tools with correct dia-
mond tools for the surface.
