• Be very careful when you move the product
manually or on surfaces with a slope. Small slopes
can result in a strong movement that is not possible
to brake by hand.
• Put some type of protection on the product
during transportation. The protection keeps natural
elements such as rain and snow away from the
product.
To move the product manually BMG

WARNING:
are stationary before you move the product.

1. Disconnect the power plug.
2. Disconnect the dust extractor hose.
3. Tilt the product. Refer to
21 .
4. Push the product by the handles.
To move the product manually with the

system disengaged. Only move the product
manually on level ground.
1. Disconnect the power plug.
2. Disconnect the dust extractor hose.
3. Disengage the locking pins in the wheels. Refer to

4. Install the support wheel. Refer to
support wheel BMG 780 RC on page 26 .
5. Adjust the height of the support wheel. Refer to
adjust the height of the support wheel BMG 780 RC
on page 26 .
6. Push the product by the handles.

To charge the battery of the drive
system BMG 780 RC
The battery of the drive system is charged automatically
during the operation. To charge the battery before the
operation, do the procedure that follows.
1. Connect the product to a power source. Refer to
connect the product to a power source on page 13 .
2. Set the switch for remote control operation to "ACC"
or "LOC".

3. Make sure that the emergency stop button is
disengaged. Refer to
on page 4 .
4. Make sure that the operator presence control is not
removed.
5. Start and stop the product to start the charge of the
battery.
Note:
The charge time for an empty battery is
approximately 3 hours.
Drive system BMG 780 RC
The drive system enables the product to be moved
around with the remote control. The power supply for
the drive system can be the battery in the product or a
mains socket.
