2. Intended Use

The McCrypt PA-mixer is intended for use in private and semi-professional areas. The device serves to control
and mix audio signals. The device is therefore connected between the sources to be regulated and an amplifier.
This product is approved for connection to 100 - 240V~/50/-60Hz AC only.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in bathrooms, must be avoided.
The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is inadmissible for safety and approval reasons
(CE). Use other than that described above will damage the product and may involve other risks such as short-cir-
cuits, fire and electric shock etc. No part of the product may be modified or converted and the housing may not be
opened.
The safety notes must be observed at all times!

3. Explanation of Symbols

This symbol on the device indicates that the user should read these operating instructions
prior to using the product.
The symbol with a lightning in a triangle is used where there is a health hazard, e.g. from
electric shock. The device contains no parts that require servicing by the user. Therefore,
never open the device.
The arrow symbol indicates special advice and operating information.
The exclamation mark indicates important notes in these operating instructions that should
strictly be observed.
