Führung erneuern
Ausbau

HP 2/L aus der Station ausbauen.

Schutzkasten demontieren. Hier-
bei Schraube nur 1/2 Umdrehung
herausdrehen. Bei fehlender Schrau-
be könnte Schmutz in die Führung
gelangen.

Positionierplatte (1) und Anschlag-
joch (5) demontieren.

Pneumatikzylinder (2) ausbauen.
Näherungsschalter bleiben am
Zylinder.

VORSICHT
Eine nur teilweise Er-
neuerung der Führungs-
teile könnte die Genau-
igkeit und Lebensdauer vermindern.

Führungssäulen und Kugelbuchsen
gemeinsam erneuern.
Teile erneuern

Kugelbuchse (3) mit
Handspindelpresse aus dem
Grundkörper herausdrücken und
neue Kugelbuchse einpressen.
Variante 1: bündig einpressen
Variante 2: 4 mm vertieft (bis
Anschlag), zum Einbau einer
Dichtung (optional)

Replacing the guide
Disassembly

Disassemble the HP 2/L from the
station.

Disassemble the housing element.
To do this, unscrew the screw by
only 1/2 a revolution. Contamination
may penetrate the guide if the screw
is missing.

Disassemble the positioning plate (1)
and stop plate (5).

Disassemble the pneumatic cylin-
der (2).
Proximity switches remain on the
cylinder.

CAUTION
Only partially replacing
the guide parts may
decrease precision and
the service life.

Simultaneously replace guide
columns and ball bushings.
Replacing parts

Press the ball bushing (3) out of the
main body with the hand screw press
and press in the new ball bushing.
Variant 1: press in fl ush
Variant 2: 4 mm deep (up to stop) to
install a seal (optional)

更新导向
拆卸

将 HP 2/L 从站位中拆下。

拆下罩壳。在此仅将螺栓向外拧 1/2
圈。在缺少螺栓的情况下，污染可
能会进入导向。

拆下定位板 (1) 和止挡横梁 (5)。

拆下气缸 (2)。接近开关保留在气
缸上。

注意
如果只部分更新导向零件
可能会降低定位精度和缩
短使用寿命。

导向柱和滚珠导套一起更新。
零件更新

用手动丝杠压力机将滚珠导套 (3)
从主体中顶出，并压入新的滚珠导
套。
类型 1 : 压到齐边
类型 2 : 压入 4 mm 深 (至止挡)，
用于安装密封件 (可选)
