Aufl agebolzen erneuern
VORSICHT
Wenn nur ein Positio-
nierstift erneuert wird,
könnte die Genauigkeit
und Lebensdauer vermindert sein.

Positionierstifte gemeinsam
erneuern.

Mit Loctite lagesichern, hierbei
Drehmoment einhalten.

Einstellung Vereinzeler prüfen.

Aufl agebolzen gemeinam erneuern.

Positionierplatte erneuern
ohne HP 2/L aus der Station aus-
zubauen
VORSICHT
Gestell könnte beim
Demontieren auf Ihre
Füße fallen.

Gestell abstützen.

Einbaulage merken.
Bei HA = 1 die Positionierplatte um
40 mm versetzt einbauen.

Replacing the positioning pins
and/or bearing bolts
CAUTION
Only replacing one
positioning pin may
decrease precision and
the service life.

Replace positioning pins together.

Secure pins with Loctite, observe
torque.

Check the stop gate setting.

Replace bearing bolts together.
 See Fig. 25 on page 37

CAUTION
Frame may fall on your
feet during disassembly.

Support the frame.

Note the installation position.
If HA = 1, install the positioning plate
offset by 40 mm.

更新全部定位销。

用 Loctite 对位置防松保险，在此要
保持拧紧力矩。
