Endlagendämpfung
einstellen
Obere Endlagendämpfung ist nicht ak-
tiviert, Dämpfung erfolgt durch externen
Dämpfer.
VORSICHT
Gefahr von Sachscha-
den an der HP 2 / L.

HP 2 / L nicht ohne exter-
nen Dämpfer oder ungedämpfter un-
terer Endlagendämpfung betreiben.

Untere Endlagendämpfung immer
einstellen.

Endlagendämpfung immer mit
beladenem Werkstückträger
einstellen.

Drehen der Drosselschraube "X"
(SW 2,5), nach rechts:
stärkere Endlagendämpfung;
drehen nach links:
schwächere Endlagendämpfung
Bei vollständig herausgedrehter Drossel-
schraube "X": keine Endlagendämpfung.

Hubgeschwindigkeit
einstellen
Eine höhere Hubgeschwindigkeit erfor-
dert mehr untere Endlagendämpfung.

Hubgeschwindigkeit immer mit bela-
denem Werkstückträger einstellen.

Aufwärtshub langsamer:
Abluftdrossel "A" am Drosselrück-
schlagventil nach rechts drehen.
Aufwärtshub schneller:
Abluftdrossel "A" am Drosselrück-
schlagventil nach links drehen.
Setting the end position
damping
Upper end position damping is not
activated, damping takes place via an
external shock absorber.
CAUTION
Danger of damage to
the HP 2 / L.

Do not operate the
HP 2 / L without an external shock
absorber or without lower end posi-
tion damping.

Always set the lower end position
damping.

Always set the lower end position
damping with a loaded workpiece
pallet.

Turn the "X" throttle screw (SW 2.5)
to the right:
stronger end position damping;
turn to the left:
weaker end position damping
If the "X" throttle screw is completely
unscrewed: no end position damping.

Setting the lifting velocity
A higher lifting velocity requires more
lower end position damping.

Always set the lifting velocity with a
loaded workpiece pallet.

Slower raising lift:
Turn exhaust air throttle "A" on the
throttle non-return valve to the right.
Faster raising lift:
Turn exhaust air throttle "A" on the
throttle non-return valve to the left.

调整终端缓冲
上终端缓冲没有激活，由外部缓冲器进
行缓冲。
小心
有损坏 HP 2/L 上的物品
的危险。

HP 2/L 不许在没有外
部缓冲器或者在下终端缓冲不起作
用的情况下运行。

下终端缓冲必须总是调整到起作用
的状态。

总是用装载的工件托盘来调整终端
缓冲。

节流螺栓"X"(SW 2.5) 向右旋：
终端缓冲加强；
向左旋：终端缓冲减弱。
节流螺栓"X"完全拧出：没有终端缓
冲。

行程速度调节
在高行程速度时要求多个下终端缓冲。
 总是用装载的工件托盘来调整行程
速度。

上行速度减慢：
将单向节流阀上的排气节流阀"A"
向右旋。
上行速度加快：
将单向节流阀上的排气节流阀"A"
向左旋。
