16.6 Vacuum sealing in the vacuum container

1. Open the device and connect the
vacuum hose to the connection on
the device.
2. Attach the other end to the container
lid. Depending on the container, use
an adapter if necessary (see
operating instructions for your
vacuum container).
► Make sure that both ends of the
hose connection (with use of an
adapter if necessary) are correctly
connected to the device and to the
container lid.
3. Press the "Vakuum & Schweißen" button. Briefly press the lid of the container at the
beginning. The device stops automatically when the vacuum is reached. The vacuum
hose and, if necessary, the adapter can then be removed.

Storing your vacuum sealing system

Keep the unit in a flat and safe place, out of the reach of children.
► For the correct storage, please slightly close the cover, do not lock, it will deform the
gaskets and affect the machine function.
► To disconnect remove the plug from the outlet. Always unplug this device from the
electrical outlet immediately after using and before cleaning.

► The device must be cleaned and food residues must be removed at regular intervals. If
the device is not maintained in a clean condition, this will have a detrimental effect on
the service life of the device and can also result in a dangerous condition in the device
as well as in the growth of fungus and bacteria.
► Unplug the device prior to cleaning it.
