3. Release the locking mech-
anism (30) on the dust bin
lid (25), and fold down the dust
bin lid (25).

4. Remove the motor protection
filter (31).
5. Wash the motor protection
filter (31) under running water.
Should the motor protection
filter be damaged or can no
longer be sufficiently cleaned,
it must be replaced with a new
one.
6. Let the motor protection fil-
ter (31) dry completely.

7. Insert the motor protection fil-
ter (31) back into the dust bin
lid (25).
8. Fold the dust bin lid (25) up
again so the locking mecha-
nism (30) engages.
9. Reinsert the dust bin (8).

GB-20, and remove the dust
bin lid (25) as described in
Section„Cleaning/changing the
motor protection filter" on page
GB-21.
