4.1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The failure to apply the safety rules and procedures may cause danger and damage. The machine is meant bound in
the use by the end user respect.
• All the rules of people behaviour established by the laws in force in their own country are applicable with particular reference to
the electric installation upstream of the machine for its connection and operation.
• All the further use instructions and warnings belonging to the graphic documentation linked to the machine.

4.2. SAFETY AND PROTECTION DEVICES

The machine is protected by a body that does not allow the access to any dangerous part. The machine protections and safety devices
must not be removed. If they must be removed for maintenance necessities, you will have to adopt immediately measures suitable
to minimize the resulting danger. The restoration to its position and efficiency of the protection or safety device must take place, as
soon as the reasons making its temporary removal necessary have stopped.
Types of guards and dangers (Table 4.2.):
In the rear, upper, lower and lateral side, there are some fixed guards in painted steel sheet to avoid the contact

with the elements.
In the front zone there is an oven door closing the baking chamber, where there is a porthole allowing seeing

inside.
As regards the fixed guards:
• The dimensions of the fixed guards do not to leave openings in the work zone and they are fixed by screws;
• The access to the rooms protected by a fixed guard is allowed only to the maintenance technician.
4.3. NORMAL USE, MISUSE, FORBIDDEN USE
The machine described in the present manual is foreseen to be used by an only one operator trained and informed on the residual
risks, competent on safety, and by the responsible maintenance technicians.
In its normal use, the machine can be used only for baking the food products (pizza, bread, focaccia and similar pro-
ducts) for a professional use.
The machine must not be used in an incorrect use, in particular:
• Do not operate it with parameters different from the ones in Table 2.7.;
• Do not tamper, deteriorate intentionally, remove or hide the labels;
• Do not use it for domestic use.
The machine must not be used in a forbidden way, as it could cause damages or injuries for the operator, in particular:
• Do not pull the feeding cable;
• Do not position the electric cable on sharp parts or with burning danger;
• Do not use damaged and not intact power supply cables or control devices;
• Unauthorised personnel or personnel wearing clothing different from the indications are not allowed to use it;
• Do not place on the electric equipment objects different from the ones foreseen for the installation that are not
of fireproof material;
• Do not use substances that are inflammable, corrosive or harmful for the cleaning;
• The operation is forbidden, if the user has not adopted all measures on the removal of the residual risks;
• Do not smoke and do not use equipment with naked flame and do not handle incandescent materials, if suitable
safety measures have not been adopted;
• Do not introduce food of excessive dimensions;
• Do not introduce materials such as pasteboard, plastic, paper or similar products: they are inflammable;
• Do not keep inside the turned off electric equipment any type of material;
• Do not cover the bottom of the electric equipment with aluminium sheets or other objects;
• Do not hang objects or weights to the handle of the door accessing to the electric equipment;
