Eventual ingredients used for the preparation must not be risky for the operator's health, besides they must not de-

2.6. PREPARATIONS BY CLIENT
The purchaser must prepare a support surface for the machine as indicated in the Table 2.5.1.
•The power supply installation must comply with the indications of the national rules in force of the place and equipped with effi-
cient earthing;
•Positioning an omnipolar cut-off device on the feeding line, upstream of the machine;
•The feeding electric cables must be sized according to the max. current requested by the machine in such a way that the total full
load voltage fall is lower than 2%.
If the electric cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, by the service assistance or by a qualified technician in
order to avoid possible dangers.
