2. Free exercises with the bar together with resistance bands:
Stand with your feet in the loops of the resistance bands during the free exer-
cises.
Make sure that the surface used for this type of exercise is as smooth as pos-
sible. Rough surfaces can cause the resistance bands to wear out more quickly
and damage them in the long run.
Only wear shoes with smooth tread/shoe soles for these exercises. Alternati-
vely, you can do these exercises barefoot.
3. The resistance can be varied by turning the resistance bands inwards: The more turns
around the bar, the higher the resistance.
