3| general notes on the product

1. The training device is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The maximum load
capacity of 130 kg (287 lbs) must not be exceeded under any circumstances!
2. A secure fastening must be ensured before the start of the training, in particular all
tensioning straps must be checked for damage before each use. Ensure the tensioning
straps do not come in contact with sharp-edged objects.
3. Before starting your training, always check that the object you are using to support
everything is stable and test its surface for defects. Whatever you use should be able
to withstand and support your weight and the forces that come with it.
4. If any defects are found, refrain from using it under all circumstances. Any damaged or
worn parts of the equipment pose a risk. Damaged parts should be replaced immedia-
tely. The usage of the equipment when it is damaged is strictly prohibited.
5. The equipment may only be used by one person. Do not hang on to the unit without
contact with the ground!
6. No other attachments may be used for mounting the unit that are not provided by the
manufacturer.
7. Please note that FT Fitness Technology GmbH accepts no liability for damage caused
during or as a result of improper assembly, use or overloading.

4| Storage and maintenance

Store your device indoors. When storing the device, avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or
moisture and keep it away from heat sources.
Clean the device and the handles with a damp, soft and clean cloth. Do not use any abra-
sive, corrosive, acidic or alkaline cleaning agents, as these may damage the surface of the
device or cause scratches.
