8| Notes on the use of freesixd
1. Hook SUPERBELT into adapter
The hooking system at the end of the Superbelt is inserted from the front into the ancho-
rage of the adapter provided for this purpose. Then tighten the Superbelt. The free end of
the belt can be fixed with the Velcro strap.
Notes:
The fastened end of the Superbelt must not press on the actuator of the buckle. This
happens if the Velcro is tightened too much, and the rest of the belt is over it.
It is normal for the Superbelt to loosen slightly during exercise due to the load, so it
should be tightened regularly (approx. 2-3 times during exercise).
