7. training with the foot straps
Open the foot loop and place it around the ankle.

Pull the end of the foot loop through the D-ring of the foot loop.

8. training with the pluggable bar
Connect the individual parts of the bar together:
Variation 1: The bar consists of three parts: the two outer parts each have an eyelet.

The individual parts can be pushed together by pressing in the silver pushbuttons and
thus can also be taken apart again.
Variation 2: It is also possible to connect only the two outer parts of the bar in order

to train with a shorter bar.
