Other malfunctions without displaying error codes

Malfunction
No more heating
No hot water
Water insufficiently warm.
Insufficient amount of hot water.
Low output at the hot water faucet.
Continuous water leaking from the
safety unit outside heating periods.
The electric booster pump does not work. Mechanical thermostat safety.

Diagnosis and troubleshooting
Vérifier la présence de tension sur
les fils dʼalimentation
Vérifier les paramètres de
lʼinstallation (voir les plages de
fonctionnement)
Check if the power supply to the unit
is continuous.
Check if there is no return of cold
water on the hot water circuit (mixing
valve may be defective).
Increase the set point temperature.
Select AUTO mode. Check the
lengths of the programming ranges.
Check the spark plug resistance on
the spark plug harness connector, as
well as the condition of the harness.
Check the safety thermostat.
Check if Off-peak hours is indicated.
Turn the dial to activate normal
operation.
Clean the filter (see section
Maintenance).
Descale the water heater.
Replace the safety unit
Check if the pressure at the water
meter outlet does not exceed 0.5
MPa (5 bar), otherwise install a
pressure reducing device set at 0.3
MPa (3 bar) at the beginning of the
general water system.
Reset the safety of the thermostat at
the level of the resistance.
Replace the thermostat.
Replace the resistance.
Clean.
Install a siphon.
Fill the siphon.
