Advices to the user

The water heater must be drained when the absence mode cannot be used or when the appliance is turned off.
Proceed as follows:
I. Turn off the power supply.

Operate the pressure relief valve.
Check for proper flow of water
Check the general condition of your appliance:
no Error code , no leaks at the level of the water
connections...
How
Check if the condensate drain is clean.
Check the wires on internal and external wiring to make sure
they are not loose and all connectors are in place.
Check the proper functioning of the electric booster pump
through a power measurement.
If the water supplied to the water heater contains water
scales, descaling is required.
