Controller Channel Information
Left-clicking on a given Channel icon or # in the left pane, will show the Base
IO addresses of the channel in the right pane:
Controller Drive Information
Left-clicking on a given Drive icon or ID in the left pane, will show similar
information categories as the Array Window Drive Information in the right
pane:
Status: (Okay, Bad, Offline, Rebuilding)
Okay: Means the drive is working normally
Bad: A problem has been detected in the drive and the drive taken offline.
Mirrored arrays will continue to function without the drive. Striped and
Spanning arrays will go offline when a drive fails. In this case, you have likely
lost data. Fix/replace the drive that has failed, then restore data from a backup
source.
