Maintenance
To guarantee optimum chair operation the following checks and inspections must be carried out by the user on a monthly
basis:
• Inspect the castors for dust and dirt and clean them.
• Inspect the brakes for dust and dirt and clean them.
• Check that the castors are fitted securely. If not, tighten the screws.
Make sure the chair is annually checked by a qualified service technician.
Please contact your dealer or Handicare for support immediately if the chair does not work properly.

Cleaning

Clean the chair after use.
Use domestic cleaning materials without abrasive or corrosive properties to clean the chair. Do not apply solvents and
chlorine.
The chair can be disinfected using all disinfectants suitable for large surfaces and that have been approved by Health
authorities.
The seat can be removed for cleaning.
Make sure to properly fit back all the parts that have been removed.

Disposal

Electrical, metal and plastic parts and components must be processed and recycled separately, according the European
Directive 2002/96/EC (WEEE).
