5. The display on the control box indicates the battery capacity.
When the remaining battery capacity is less than 50%, a
plug symbol will be shown on the display and at the same
time a LED will light up on the hand control.
Recharge the battery when these indicators show on the
control box or the hand control.
Recharge the battery by removing it from the chair and
placing it in the accompanying charger.

7. Unlock the battery by squeezing the grip on the right-
hand side. Tilt and at the same time slide the battery to the
right to disconnect it.
CAUTION: given the weight of the battery, it should
always be supported with two hands.

6. Replacing batteries:
To remove the battery, first remove the protective cover.
Slide the cover to the right until it comes loose from the
frame.

8. After removing the battery, it can be placed in the accom-
panying charger.
Since the control box remains fitted on the chair, a full
battery may be installed immediately to continue using the
chair.
Follow steps 6-8 in reverse order to install the battery.
