Operating Instructions DC 1200
• Select a suitable luer lock dispensing needle and attach it
onto the barrel .
• Connect the hose of the barrel adapter to the compressed
air outlet of the DC 1200 . By turning the regulator knob in a
"clockwise" direction, make sure to end up always "bringing up"
the pressure to the desired setting to have the correct pressure
value .
• Adjust the Vacuum to reduce material dripping .
The dispensing material quantity depends on the following:
set pressure, the size of the dispensing needle, the viscosity
of the material and the dispensing duration . You will find
tips on dispensing in our Simply Dispensing brochure .
